I am now the only person to be hosted a single day at 3dpalette. It wasn't something I did, just a misunderstanding. Anyway, I wanted to know if anyone knows a place that would give hosting to a site which is a combo site for quake3arena skins and comic coloring. I don't mean a site like geocities, but more like 3dpalette.org was. It doesn't have to have an extremely large amount of space for hostees.

I would go with your own domain if you can ..I think it means a lot more to you when you have www.myownshit.com rather then some sub domain. I use a host called
aaahosting.com pretty good but there might be better out there I just went with what was cheap..anyways good luck

3d pallette kicked you out? That is kinda f'd up if you ask me!!! What is there deal?

...but first you'd have to tell me what the hell you did to get kicked off.

Hey JC: I didn't do anything wrong, I just wasn't what he wanted yet. See, he thought my stuff was good but on my colors he thought I did the lineart and the colors, which he thought was cool and unusual for a colorist. However, like most colorists I jsut color the stuff. He's cool tho. He was nice enough to say that in the future he might host once I've been around awhile and he feels "that I worked really hard for it."

aciddrone - i'm confused about quadrent.net.. i see no mention of webspace on that page, or a place to sign up for it. is this just an informal type of deal? or is this a one-time-only thing for fragenstein? if it's open to everyone, who do i mail?

what i mean is, if you think 3dpalette is tough to get hosted on, i'm worse. like i said, private server. sorry. and did you notice, no ads on my sites, so you have to wonder where the money comes from to run the server right?
