the eyebrows is showing up more than the rest of the picture... It's too dark I guess or thick

nice. the shadows under the hair make you look like you are wearing a bad toup�. Redo the background and it would look a lot better, also try using the "smuge" tool to get rid of the jaggedness. The eyes are too solid, you need to have reflection or some kind of glare. They are pupils not black dots.
