Nice job on this pic. You're on your way if you keep at it.

Here's a small snippet with a couple of pointers. I think the most important is to try to add life to the eyes of your paintings, I've included a close up of the eye to show you what I mean. Try to put a little sparkle into the eyes, and the drawing will come to life.

Your picture will really help. I might work on the leaves and such too now that i notice on the pic you drew. Nice tones as well.
I will try and touch up this pic as soon as i'm not overwelmed with homework.

You're welcome! I think the leaves you did area a great idea, I was just trying to get them to catch a bit more light. Hope it was helpful.

Hey liquid. I took your advice and fixed up my pic. I also took the lebrity of adding some of the shadow and highlights.

it has a bit of weak points but other then that i prefer this one.
