Here is what I have so far:

Now what do I do to make it realistic (details and shading)?

I did the UBB code(the correct way with the [/img]) thingy on the third post... but its not showing up for some reason!

Please,You can just go to that URL to see it if you want. I know it is there! Go there and tell me what I need to do next. Thank you for any help in advance.

Kore,

Even though the subject is a fantasy figure (a leprechaun) if you want it to look somewhat realistic, you have to use real world colors. Reddish-orange hair is not really all orange. Instead try a darker brown with orange-brown highlights. Same with the green outfit. Don't start off with bright green (not even a leprechaun would be caught dead in that shade .

Also, even though it is not a real character, the anatomy has to be right or it will never look realistic. For something similar look at Poortvliet's Gnomes books. He uses his knowledge of anatomy to make fantastic creatures.

Hope this helps a bit.
