i love the coloring you did. amazing and inspiring. you are really talented. i checked out your website, and to be honest, the graphics weren't really all that good. i think that you should render a cool liquid logo the way you handled this image. i just don't think it really reflects on you that well. just a thought,

Traditional media. Gotcha. There are some marker comps for comics guides, and I'm sure I got a bunch of doodles in my garage somewhere. I generally throw stuff away, since I tend to hate to look at old stuff that I think isn't all that great. I'll see if I can dig some up... but rest assured they're nothing to write home about.

The website is over 3.5 years old I think, so its in serious need of an overhaul. I just can't find the time to do it...

Chris: I noticed your site is kinda plain also. Not enough information on it as well. I happen to know Flash and HTML.. hint hint. You and I should chat sometime.

Chris- Cheers, The usefulness is not in the size but in the seperated layers for me. If you would prefer to critique then forget the file. I was just making a sugestion.
I would stress that the reason for asking was to get new ideas not solidify my own technique.

I feel bad about bugging you becasue you have so little of your valuable free time.

Ja! I remember seeing this on the cover when I was at work, excellent coloring! I think they even had a brief article on how it was done, the coloring? Maybe? I can't remember all to well.

RINALDO - I've been looking for the full-rez version of this piece on all my backups, and I CAN'T FIND THE DAMN THING! Just wanted to let you know that I've really been looking. I'm pretty sure that I wouldn't have tossed this one, so its probably stored under a weird file name. I'll keep looking, because now its going to bug the 'heck' out of me.

sorry.
