no offense but it looks like you copied the creature from a WELL known 3d artist... Bill flemming.. go look at his web page... it should be the first image you see .. Of a creature with some kind of dino

Actually i got really influence from artist Brian Foster that created the characters fpr the movie "The Labrynth" .

I wish I would be able to do something like that!!! I worked with 3D S Max some time but I really don't how to create a human face or something like that. Does anybody know a good (and easy to understand) tutorial?

I think you people are talking about Brian Froud. He did the designs for both the dark crystal and The labryinth. He's also got some good books out full of Fairy lore and cool sketches.
One of my favorite artists.

I would also add that Bill Flemming seems to have been inspired by Froud as well.

Nice 3D char btw di_fuse.
I've always wanted to do a Froud goblin in 3D.

oops ,i mean, Brian Froud, im terrible with remembering names. His artwork is totally awesome, he's one of my influences.
to answer your question nil900, havent found any tutorial out there for "Max" much helpful on building faces, you can learn it though by breaking apart models already built by others to see how they did it. 3dmax 3 comes with a pretty good head mesh made of spline, you can try checking that out.
