Here is a pencilling I did for a friend unfinished.
Inspired by Alphonse Mucha's Style. I took one small item from one of his pieces that inspired me and placed in into mine as a form of appreciation.
I still have a lot to learn. So any suggestions on what I can do to improve or look out for next time I attempt something similar is more than welcome.

It took a lot of erasing when I was trying to figure out which branches went on top which when doing that tree. =)

It's really nice so far, especially the line quality. I'd only say maybe you could emphasize the difference in line weight even more. A lot of Mucha's stuff has very heavy linework around foreground elements, which gives it a rich look.

I love that kind of thing. Mucha is a master.
It looks really nice, but as francis said Mucha used thicker lines for the foreground. I think he generaly altered the line weight throughtout to add contrast as well. you have a more standard weight.

You have good control over the lines, it's very slick.

Francis, Rinaldo-You guys are right thanx. Should have emphasized the difference in line weight more, make the lines thicker. I always felt like something was missing but couldn't make it out.
I feel so stupid now for overlooking something so obvious.

I'm not familiar with Mucha, but I can tell by looking at this pic that I'd probably dig his work. Nice job, Wild. Very cool looking...

nice, i love fantasy artwork, the dragons in the corner look like TSR.

this would look AWSOME if you coloured it via a stained glass look. thats what i saw as soon as i saw it, whoa awsome stained glass window... its a card eh? well very cool, if you made all the outlines thicker and coloured it... awsome, very nice

Darkmoon- I love TSR's art. When I was first introduced to D&D all I ever did was create characters since the life span of my characters never lasted over level 4. Created one day gone the next.
Wish I was good a coloring or knew how to do stained glass so I could color it properly. I've just started experimenting with digital coloring and drawing this month so hopefully, I get good enough one day to color it in. If you or anyone wants to give it, a try coloring it is fine by me while I work on improving.
Yes I still have to work on those outlines. The entire piece was done on 14x17 sheet. If you look closely, you can see where I pasted the two scanned pieces together.
