thats strange!.... i guess fortunecity doesnt like people iinking stuff like that. When using the link in forum u get this crap but if u copy and paste the link into a new brouser it works fine. cant say i understand that. I just wanted to save this thread from going down without a crit.

So here it is:
The pic is very detailed which is good but there are problems with the face perspective you are trying to include a lot of things that would not be visible. have a look at fred's head and eye tutorials.
I think you will find that the left eye will be less visible. the eyeballs themselves are well done but they are also pointing in differnt directions. the little horns would also not be showing like they are. Learn to view everything as a three dimensional shape. I still have problems with wanting to include features in the dsrawing that would not be visible. It is important to know what will be visible from what angle and then plan the pose from that.
Try to loosen up a bit, your details are pretty good but the underlying shapes could use some more work. The cloth is also a bit thin, and hard. Drapery is one of the hardest things to learn but if you can get there then it will be worth it. the tusks suffer from perspective problems as well.
All in all the only real problem is the perspective. it is a matter of working things out beforehand, because your detailing is good.

Whew that's about the harshest crit I've given. so I'm sorry if it offends. I need sleep at the moment but I saw this thread a while back and I promised myself that if it didn't get any real feedback I would jump in.
