Save as jpeg as opposed to gif

Bottom one- his right lower leg is to short and the upper is to big. not any real muscle definintion. the trench coat thing looks like it's made out of silk. if its leather or trench coat material (eh?) then it would be stiffer. does it end at the shoulders. If not then you need to lose the muscles. you can hardly ever see that amount of muscle definition unles the person is topless.

Learn anatomy.

Get a good book that explains the human body. At least study other artists work or look at photos.
Generaly swords dont stick that high above the shoulder.
I'm sure that these drawing are good for your respective skill level. but there are a lot of anatomy problems. even manga and other really graphic representations of the human form, have a solid anatomical basis. it may look like just random bits and pieces but there is a lot of method to the madness.

Keep practicing.

draw till your finders bleed.

Ranaldo is right. Nothing a good anatomy and structure book wouldn't fix.

By the way are you going to put a background on these pieces? I just hate it when there is a character and he is floating in space.

Oh and where did you order your tablet from? I ordered mine directly from Wacom and it got here in a week. I was going through Mac Zones and it would have taken two months. Thought you might want to know.
