Hell yeah! I really like your style man...I'm not going to critique these, because they don't deserve it...I like them the way they are.

Wow Cos, you're great!

I especially like the second image, it has a unique perspective, and I think you got the shading just right. I also am in love with that tree - great work brotha!

Great pix...They look like those drawings out of my little brothers Scary Stories books, but yeah Hurri-cane is right about the top one... you might want ot try curving his feet a little like the claws in front... dig his toenails into the Corpse(?)/tree thingie. I like your use of lines in the backgrounds.

Da Caneman : Yeah I agree the top guys pose is a bit stiff. Dunno, think it works ok tho still... but I see what u r sayin.

Jabberwocky : I think you're right about curving his feet more. yeah it is a corpse =)

You might get this from your teachers if your in some sort of art schooling. But I'll say it anyways and be the bad guy.

Looks like you used one pencil shade for each picture. You need to have heavy darks in your art work with pencil. You have awsome detail man. Ya gota work in heavy darks as you go along on your pencil work. Try standing back about 4-8 feet and looking at it. It will be hard to tell any depth that the picture has. When your up close, yea it looks good. Thats all I gota say about that. Try next time to start throwing in black, yes black

Other than that, awsome stuff guy.

great pencil work man!

And really scary.. scaryness factor in pic 2 is a bit higher than in one. I don't know why.. maybe its some hidden phobia I have from slimy gigantic demonic worms guarding their breed

*vanishes with a loud bang*

*BANG!*

jHof : Yeah you're right I did use the same pencil to shade it all, I'm a lazy bugger and couldn't be arsed to find a darker shade hehe. Woulda had much better depth If I did tho I agree.

Nex : I think its the way the eyes r staring at you......At you nex at YOU... staring at YOU nex..... be afraid nex......MUAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAaaaaaaaaaaaeerrr..*cough* er. hmmmmmmm.. sorry

Nex- hey it's only natural to fear a mother/fater/both protecting it's young... when a female protects her young she will fight until she dies or you die before she lets you near the young... and looking at her/him/it would probably kick any human's butt.

Cos I like how in the 2nd one you made the moster have more of a "loving" side in the fact that she does care about her young enough to protect them.

A loving side?? hmmmmmmmmm. I must be slipping. I has decided the only reason she is protecting them is so they can get a little bigger then she can eat them all for herself... much better =)
