Seeing as how you just registered today, I guess I can excuse the fact that this has been asked a million times already... 
Anyway, it's down because some retard pulled the plug on Frag.com, including 3DP. It sucks, but hopefully it'll be up again soon. It's been down for long enough. |

i used to go there on daily basis as well, just to laugh at it mostly.
god damnit someone put a text below that "Digital Art Forum" jpeg that says "don't ask about 3dpalette, it's down 'cause someone's idiocy".
