Hi, gang! g:tech here...

It's been a while since I've posted, but I didn't have anything to post! Until now that is.

A friend of mine (I'm not sure what his Forum nickname is, but I think it is sizko), needed me to post a couple of images for him. Can you guys offer some tips and feedback for him?

The first image was borrowed from another artist. Sizko colored it and wants feedback on it.

If I'm not mistaken, I believe he drew the second image. He would like feedback on that, as well. He'd post these, but he doesn't have a site

He'll probably be reading this, so Sizko, feel free to jump in with anything I missed. Here you go:

Thanks, everyone!

If he just coloured the first one, i think the colouring is quite ok. But still i think the shapes looks odd, but since he did'nt draw it so i'm not gonna say anymore on that.
The second also looks quite cool, except it looks a bit skewed, like he's mad ou of rubber. I would make him more solid buildt.

Hey, Sizko, here's my feedback:

First Image: I don't know what the original sketch looks like, so I'll kinda wing it. I know you don't care for the colors you chose too much, but I like em. I really like the watercolor-ish look on the arms and legs. The head and shoulders (no shampoo jokes!) don't really match the rest of the coloring job. They're shaded in a smoother style than the arms and legs. In my personal opinion, the arms and legs have a bit more style. Maybe that, or I just like that style better From a technical standpoint, you seem to have the shadows in the right places for the most part. Nice job! I'd like to see the coloring stuck to one particular style or another, not 2 different kinds. I think that would help a lot. Just my 3 cents.

Image 2: You already know what I think about that one. I dig it for the most part. Color it!!!! Also, you might wanna stick with black lines, too! By the way, was this pic a visual reference, or all your own?

Ok, that's about it for g:tech's feedback. Later!!

cool, i dig the marker look of the coloring, as far as comic coloring goes it looks pretty cool. i dont quite like the shading on his left shoulder (our right), other then that the lighting looks consistent tho the colors seem a little rough, dunno if he was going for that. the pencil drawing (of apocolypse?) looks nice and comic booky with the obligatory huge muscles and veins, id prefer to see some sequential pages muhself tho. nice work all around, he should make a site with some more of his work, id like to have a look

Hey Guys WOW thank you for the Feedback inspiring i never thought i'd do this great but thankz. The reason i have different styles all mixed is because the day i drew and colored the first picture i had read 3 different tutorials (Dhab's, G-tech's,and Sc00p's from fanboys on this forum) So that's my excuse LOL, but as you can tell i didn't apply does style better well i guess i created my own (i'll call it unspifffy it actually took me quite a long time to get it finished my first digital of photoshop so you understand. I'll keep posting up more i like the feeling i get when someone replys to my art! yummy okey c-ya once again Thank you all for the support.

I like the shape/sketch on the first one, but the shading is a bid too muddy without a reason. Especially his shoulders.

The second image I like a lot ! It's very exaggerated, but I like that.. a very cool sketch. It reminds me of the style my colleague Chester has. ...-do more of those
