Anyone here good at VB?
well, im not, i just know simple ass commands, and even those im rusty on.
but! i did make this( http://www.geocities.com/smeifsmoof/muhaha.zip stupid little file! it doesn't do anything bad, its just annoying for about 10-15 seconds.
but if u know VB, i need ur help! cause im sending this script to my friend, cause he wants me too, and i just want it ot be more annoying and to actually have neat things...not just message boxes and fill-ins, cause thats boring
i want it so you cant use ctrl+alt+del
and i need to know how to make a warning message box come up, the one with the red "!" on it.
and how can i move the boxes into different places and make more than one come up at the same time!
and is there a way to make windows shutdown if the wrong button is pushed? <--that one im still thinking on...seems mean if hes working on something, but ohwell hehehe
so, anyone here feeling helpful?
heres the script sofar, pretty lame

VB scripts can totally fUxx0r your computor RENDERING it useless (hehe i love when people say rendering it something).. I have a copy of that lil VB script called "iloveyou" or Lucy? I forgot.. it had a lot of crap that i looked into. That's why i didn;t trust your script so much, hamster hehe. I had it as a .txt somewhere with things cut out so it doesnt make harm even if some dork executes it.

The "!" is dealing with the msgbox(), it is like the 3rd or 4th argument and goes like 'vbwarning' or something, I am not sure, anyway you can do a simple search on the msgbox on google and find all the arguments and such to get you that '!'
And disabling those buttons, you probably could, but the user could just click outside your program and ctr-alt-del outside your program and shut it down that way. So it would be kindof a waste.
To have windows automatically shut down, not sure, sounds like something that you have to do with registry, but then again, windows always ask "Shut down" "Restart" etc. And I don't think a program can interact with those choices...that is why the screen fades out a little bit when you choose shutdown, but not positive on that.
I think the most annoying program I have ever opened was one that when you pressed 'exit' or the 'x' in the upper right, it made 3 more boxes appear, so you could never close all of them unless you rebooted. it sucks lol |
