Looks decent. Some points :
1. The navigation is literally in the worst place ever. I dont know if this is on purpose or an HTML-quirk, but it�s not good.
2. If you use rectangular shapes to build your site, make sure they are aligned properly. For example, it would look much btter if your header graphic was just as long as the left content table and fitted snugly to it.
3. A bit more contrast would be nice. Light colours are your friends

are you using netscape? If you are, follow these simple instructions to view correctly.
1. Sit up, (slowly)
2. Back away from your computer.
3. Go get gasoline.
4. Pour it on computer.
5. Burn it.
6. Buy a new computer.
7. Download Internet Explorer 5.
8. Install it.
9. My site should view correctly.

Internet Explorer 5 baby...
I�d say put ithigh where you can find an access it quickly. I dont see the purpose of a navigation in the bottom right corner |

buena idea.
i made this site piece by piece... (lineraly) and the navigation was the last main piece I have added. I will change soon, but not tonight...i must zzzzzzzzzzzzz.

| Maybe put the navigation right below (horizontal wise) under that pic you have at the top..then news in the middle and all the rest on the right or left side (all inside a table) |
