I dunno why but it made me laugh really bad when i first saw it.. not cause its not good, its great! just funny face, bit too dark around the mouth?
really captured a nice style, keep it up

Nice fast painted pic. I'd make the eyeballs a bit smaller.. and the area beneath his eyes looks like as a 24-hour-sleep might do good for him. This is if you want to change him to a more realistic direction, sometimes distortion and exaggoration may bring a lot of character and expression to a pic.. I don't know too much about lighting and shadows myself, so I think I'll leave that stuff to someone else.

And the pic is not painted for a realistic look...i just tried to get the faces expression... the lines and stuff like that...
