PShop has a texturizer in the plug-in menu. Use really small scale sandstone would probably work.

Try this. In your pick go to chanels make a new chanel. Call it what you like. Then set your forground and background colors. Do a clouds differnce on the chanel. Make a new layer and color what you want textured. then render clouds till it is somewhat balanced. then render lighting affects. at the bottom of that otion you can set it to the chanel you created. This will take some playing around with to get it down and you will quickly come up with your own Ideas. Just play around with it till your comfortable with the image. It sounds a little complicated but it really isn't. good luck. I hope to see your finished copy

Don't worry about texture at this point. Just get some values back there that make some sense, and you will be surprised how little texture you need.
