Well, I think I'm pretty close to being done. I'm aware I need to smooth some things out, add more detail, add some lighting and put the horns on (colored for placement and shape). Actually, it seems like a lot to do.
What do you guys think about it so far and do you have any ideas that might help it look better?

dear god his brains are coming out of his head projectile style! haha it looks cool though, some kinda weird alien youd see in star wars or somethin. sort of a mug shot, make em dynamic next time

I believe they were called the Narn. Did you see Babylon5-the-after-the-series-was-cancelled-movie-wrap-up-the-story-line-in-two-hours-movie?
No, seriously, one thing that jumps out is the light that falls from above right (above left it you are the alien depicted) should not be so bright on the left cheek and brow. A slight differential will add to the realism of the image. Maybe a little more shaddow under the nose, and take down the saturation of the brain-stuff, and you'll have a right proper alien-dude to show off!!
