Greetings.
I made up a quick website these past 2 days, which I will keep adding to. I promised to show steps to some of my paintings, and I will do so in the following days -- currently there are none. However, there is a full resolution of my 3D Palette picture on there.
It's not much, but I hope you like it.
here
cheers.
frost.

Hey excellent Frost, I was hoping u make a wpage, be very cool to see more of your stuff. I couldn't get the high res version of your 3dcompentry tho, says the file isn't there, maybe its a netscape thing.. Anyways, looking very nice so far, bookmarked it and can't wait to check it out again when you update.

Sergenth - Hehe, close enough. The gun hand didn't take me too long (~20 minutes), the hardest part was the background details, buildings, dirt, cracks, bricks, debris.. as you can see, the buidling on the left has no windows. I just got fed up. =)
Cos - @#$%^! Yes... netscape doesn't support 'backslash' directory specs. I'll have to convert all my paths to 'slash'... thanks for noticing that. (I run IE5 here, and I admit I haven't tested it on anything else). Thanks again Cos.
[FIXED] - Thanks!

Hey cool man, I saw your 'American Dream' pic over at that 3DPalette contest today, I was actually a little dissapointed that you hadn't posted a web page there, as I wanted to see some more of your pics.
Oh, and I think that yours is the best one so far. |

Hi Frost, I checked out your new page and you got some real great work on it man,
I like your gritty realistic style, and awsome lighting. Really excellent stuff.
Your 3dp comp entry was awsome btw.

Thanks guys.
The reason why my page was not linked on 3DP was because I made the site between May 4th and 6th, after the 3DP image post. Perhaps Immi can link it...? =)
I should be adding some steps to 'American Dream', 'Igor', 'Ex' and 'Cloudmaker' hopefully in the next day or so. I'll also try to comment those -- after all, the point is to show what went through the process.
cheers!
frost.

Looks nice and simple with sensible navigation, good job! And "Cloudmaker" still looks great, no matter what you think is wrong with it
Well, actually there is one thing that bothers me about your site: I liked your previous version of the front page better, the vertical blur and orange tone on this new one kind of ruins the painting.

Hey Saffron!
Thanks, and for that splash page, hehe, yeah, it is quite horrible. I just wanted something with the same simplicity and color tones as the site -- although I should have spent more that 2 minutes on it.. =)
I'll get around to fixing it soon. Thanks. =)))
