I found a tutorial somewhere on the internet on how to make your own lightsaber effects and since I used photoshop for the effect, well...I just felt like posting it.
Steps to making it...
1. I cut out a picture from a magazine of a guy holding a welding gun and scanned it.
2. Created a new file in PS 5.0 with a black background.
3. Created a new layer and copied the welder guy.
4. Flattened the image.
5. Then used some layer effects and so on...
Im not sure why I posted this...I'm bored I guess. My friend and I are gonna start a video tomorrow so I'll post that in a week or so...

Shweet piccie! So are all welders Jedi? @;-)
Thanks burn0ut for the URL, I got ambitious and gave it a go. Note, it looks bodgey as all I'm using is VideoStudio 3 SE which came with the Quickcam, and it only has one video channel, one sound channel, but some (pov) functionality. It's about 1MB, and took me abt a day. Enjoy!

I wouldn't circulate that zip too widely around the internet Brain. Frankly, it scared the hell out of me seeing you in the dracula cape!! |

Dracula?? It's a Jedi cloak dude, hood 'n all. Used it for a Fancy Dress last year, and thought it would be appropriate. @:-)
