Yah good,
BLACK in the Glasses more and More highlight on them as well.
Hair need more Hair =) it looks CLumpy,

Nice, but it looks weird when the hair is so sharp and the rest blurred.

well, it's got some great potential, but I'd have to say that the glasses need sharpening up (the edges blur with the skin), and the nose could use some sharpening... just make the edges of the nostrils sharper... Maybe that technique where you increase the images size by however many times and then work in the details could be useful here....

| yeah I agree with others and that needs more contrast and levels of lights..but better than last one.. |
