usually if i wan to make a gif, i export it using photohsop, and it ends up looking pretty good. and yes, chaning to index color always seems to mess up the picture. .
lately i've just been using fireworks to get web-ready images.. but unfortunately my 30 day trial is over!!. anyone know if uninstalling/reinstalling works/?hehehe.
