[OrganicMarty]

OK, so it's not really a digital painting... it's more like a digital sketch. This is the first drawing that I've done with my tablet which I actually bought a few months ago, but never really used until earlier this evening.

Anyway, it's a somewhat abstract green apple, a subject that I chose because of the song that I was listening to (Little Green Apples by some guy, I don't actually remember his name). The image that you see (or hopefully see) is about half the size of the original, painted in Photoshop with large round brushes.



Joachim's recent Captain American painting really inspired me to dig out my tablet and download the now archaic drivers for it. I'd really appreciate some criticism, I really enjoyed making the drawing even if it only took about 15 minutes, and I'd like to get better.

i think its pretty good. i like the choise of colours.

the only thing i can think of that would improve it would be is to work on more of a background.

Nice colors. It has a "warm" feeling to it.
You should try doing that kind of image in Painter, much more suitable for such a style.

Critism...The apple looks a bit squished...-hehe, but that could have been what you were aiming for, though
