Oohh.. I Love it.
Its not too dark at all.. The overall mood of the image is set by the dark colors.. I do have one gripe, however... If its raining, and shes wearing leather gloves, I think they'd have a little more sheen to them.. more specular highlights along the tops of the knucles where the moonlight hits.. even if they aren't leather, wet fabric is still shiny.
Just my 2 bits..

It always amazes me to see yet ANOTHER talented artist show his skills in these forums.
Great pic, man! I love the overall "mystery" of it. It's quite intreaguing.

wow, out standing work, love the way layed it out,,
I like how you Have the Wings Hidden.(not sure if you ment to do that?)
umm Try this.. make here eyes bigger and the Irus bigger, it just mite make her cuter.
I also think that she need a Nice big Diamond on here clothing somewere to get the eyes moving, know what i mean?
One more thing i like aout your layout is the Water ref, her clothing is nice!
I give it 4.9999999 out of 5.0 Tablets up!
