Hello.
You've got yet another member(me). And I thought I'll introduce myself with a picture I made (as this seems to be some tradition here(?)), and then I thought again and decided that I didn't want to make a Complete fool out of myself.
So I'll show a few(two) scetches instead.
And if someone think these two scetches resembles the picture "broken" by Dhabih, I just have to say that you're completley right! I felt a little inspired after I had read his tutorial (witch is great by the way, if he happens to read this), was two days ago. Anyway enough about me;
This is some guy staring out at the sea, don't ask me about the log he's standing on.
Some guy with a smoking sword (yeah )
Maybe I'll try to colour these somday near.
And if anyone knows any good tutorials witch takes up cg with tablets (such as Dhabih's) pleeease, could you post a url? I would be wery grateful.
Well I've taken up enough of your time!
Constructive critic are wery welcome.
/Zaphod

I think the top sketch is cooler. It would be good to redo it and clean it up. The one foot on that thing and the other foot down kind of looks a little too "fixed". But this is what I meant you should redo. Over all the angle and pose is good though. You should also crop the images since, the top one seems to be full of massive empty space around the subject.
The bottom sketch seems to have a few problems, I can't put my finger on what is wrong with it, but to me at least, something isn't right. But it could just be me, I don't know. But it has pretty good shading.
That's just my two cents. Good sketches, now turn them into good finished products.

I like the top one better. But the bottom one is still pretty good. All you need to do is clean up some of the pics a bit.
Next time please make your pics smaller. They're huge! Scrollbars everywhere!
Anyway, welcome to the board, I hope u find it helpful and amusing

Aha, just don't fogot that some people using a 800x600 screen res. Make a smaller one, and, if you wanna show an original size pic - make a link to it.
Yeah i argee with guys above, first sketch is better. I mean common angle and pose. 2nd is kinda blurry... and i think that some dynamics will be fine.
As for your tutorial note, try www.3dpalette.com for example, look at skin/art sites they are hosted - you'll find some useful data.

Ok!
Thanks for all the comments.
Sorry about the res. I guess I have become
to used with my own res, 1600x1200 , but I promise it won't happen again.
And... well, thanks Leo, but I have already been to 3dpalette. That was how I got here
But if anyone else have any tutorials, pls
send an url to me ([mail][email protected][/mail]).
I also think I saw a post where someone
talked about some "Darkpath" guy or somthing.
Anyone who knows this guy's homepage, and if
he got any tutorials?
Anyway, if you want to see anything colored you'll have to wait. I have a asp application
I've been putting up to my future concerns all the time to finish first.
But I'll be watching this board tho.
