Wrong perspective line on laser beam and its projector. Black outlines (shouldn't be there). Wrong body proportion. Head should be higher. His face needs lips, and more work. Teeth are too white. muscles look wrong, and needs more smooth transition. The walls on two sides have wrong "black and yellow stripe" perpective. it should be shot out to the edge of the picture from the vanishing point. And it looks like you didn't have a vanishing point. Room also needs more shading along the bottom of the wall. And where is the focus of the drawing? the guns? or the face? The smoke needs alot more work. They have hard edges, make them softer. And smoke like this are usually grayish, not white. =P

First of all....
It's taking too long to load....
We'll wait...
Lets see.
Colors aren't very well defend.
Is the floor actually that reflective? If so, where is the janitor's card?
Left arm looks very smudged.
More so than the rest of your pic.
Gun on his right arm is out of proportion.
Also it lacks detail which makes it look like crap.
Walls are too plain. It looks like decals were stuck on there.
Keep working at it.
And don't be such an ass.

Everything's just waaaay too plain. No textures, everything's flat color.

Your picture is (as mentioned before) kinda flat. Maybe you should try to go for a more dirty look. Everything looks like it's been cleaned. Try to add more detail wherever you want. Decide where you want the light source, and don't put highlights everywhere, that makes your marine look bulgy.
And one more thing, his left leg is too large compared to the right...

I agree with all the comments above. Pardon my working on your drawing, but sometimes it is a lot faster and better than typing.
That's about as critical as it gets?
I did not worry at all about drawing.
The gamma on this pic might be pretty screwed up, sorry.

Geez, is it that obvious? I had no idea.
I have just returned from Square USA, and I will be working on their upcoming film of Final Fantasy. It is looking absolutely gorgeous. I am really stoked about being able to contribute to it.
