Uh, ehm... It's eh, very amateurish...

No, I can't hold it back: the homepage should be labeled "puke-a-lot" actually. I don't wan't to be rude but the logo ratherly sucks big timez.

But the 20% done image is cool enough anyway to be viewed. Great potential there. I'm not kiddin... But the shading is kinda uneven.

But anything else... Nah, I rather not mention.

I think regardless of an individual's artistic standing compared to that of someone else who may or may not be more familiar with a certain medium etc., someone's work should never be regarded to as 'Puke-o-rama' that is just malicious. I don't think that's the issue at hand. My problem is with a someone introducing themselves by basically giving us orders as to how we should feel about his or her art.

I mean, I don't have to enjoy what I see. That's the beauty of art. It is open to interpretation. I think something along the lines of "please take a look at these sketches and give me your opinions" would have been much more appropriate.

the art, dont like it
but when a guy says look, enjoy...
all he means is have a good stay...
or in other words i hope you like it sorta deal...you dont have to cut it to pieces

Shizo, funny you should mention that, that author's philosophy is entirely what you said (although he puts it into a much lengthier format, the book Desert Solitaire)

that's actually why I like him, he flat out tells people that quoting things is not as good as saying your own things... then again, I'm being as much a hypocrite as he is when he wrote a book about the real worth of going out and experiencing life for yourself and not letting others recycle it for you (books/quotes/other people's Ideas)

but I digress, this is an art forum, I just wish I could get some more recent art scanned, not some 2 year photoshop drawing I havn't touched cus my mouse sucks and a pencil sketch which... needs to be seen not through a scanner)
on this note, I do have access to a scanner now, and I'll post some more... interesting works I've done, (I'm not comparing myself to Dhebih, but then again a lot of other people are)
