Well... It is okay...

First of all... The dude's arm is a real stretch.... It looks quite messed up actually... The blood needs something... some highlights or darkening. The girl and the guy don't really mix either. It looks like she is quite modern, and he is more mideivil. Also it would be good to have a little more detailed background maybe? Something that doesn't look so...

Where to start?

Okay first, you need to study the human form a bit more.

The guys hand is the size of an infant's hand, his arm is too skinny, and you shaded it looks robotic as you shaded it into two distinct joints. The guy's eyes are tilted upwards a little too much, his nose looks pretty good, but his mouth is a bit awkward, the face in general looks emotionless after the death (?) of the girl in his arms.
His face is a little to blurry, and the creases in his forhead stand out a little too much. The guy's hair is great, you did a good job there. The guy's armor isn't shiny, or dull, it just looks flat, more like a silver jogging-suit. And his pants look like spandex . Also, that sword is a little bit big

The girl looks okay, except that her hands are very tiny, and the blood looks way to fake. The texture on the pants is way cool.
