Turn off the double click assist under the double-click tab in the Wacom driver, if you haven't already!!!
If checked, it causes lags at the beginning of strokes in painting programs!!!
WACOM thank you YOU ARE GOD! |

Since I have disabled double-click in windows (you know, point to mark, click once to execute) it makes little sense to have double-click assist... I should have turned it off a long time ago. Thanks!
Another tips: If you use the stylus a lot outside of you favourite paint program, when surfing, managing files etc, you should look at "MouseImp (Pro)" (available at download.com, the non-pro version doesn't work in Win2k). It's a program that gives better-than-mouse-wheel emulation on a mouse/stylus button. Click and drag inside a window to scroll! (Of course PS has problems with many of its scrollbars, use classic technique there...) |
