whom- so its this time in the cycle eh? haa good to see you back!

Raytoh- i've been having the same feelings, i have a pile of sketches that aren't really going anywhere project-wise. its always comforting to think that when the going gets hard it means you are learning, or digesting something new!

heres a couple...have a couple ideas i wanna get back to, hmmm....

raytoh, glad to hear it Smile Experiments dont have to lead to "visible results". I know that we love to show off pretty pictures. But it hinders the development of uniqueness/originality for artists. 95% works in concept/cg forums are pretty much same. I really want see more innovations. Being in safe net generates money, income for artists for sure (and it is very understandable). It is very same for Holywood, the same repeating stuffs. I guess im not in that side yet. or maybe never hehe.

lemur, I dont want repeat but I love your experiments as always!!

qinmenfei, love all your stuffs!

tim, welcome!

notalfinga, woah!

nide, nice to see you producing new stuffs Smile

leszek_lenia, you are machine Very Happy nice ideas. I would love to see a bit more well thought strokes. Do you know what I mean?

lakka, I know how it feels Smile though im shift to art more and more. We'll see. I love your piece and experiment sense.

howie, love your robots. keep up!

samhell, dude! you improved a lot. I love trees, landscapes.

shifty, love your style. Want to see more!

sup ben, your girls are cute. Want to kiss them. hehe

absorber, yeah!!

samsonreaper, mateja, Crazy!! Idea

and EVERYBODY, nice stuffs!

a quickie

Sad news today, mr. McQuarrie will be missed. Crying or Very sad

I can still remember oggling at his Star wars concept paintings as a little kid. I remember having the comic book versions of the original trilogy (still do Smile) and I think they all had a few paintings by Ralph as extras. The paintings were almost more fascinating than the movies.

A huge source of inspiration, and a genius at what he did.

p.s. Thank you Tomasis, hard work and Sijun have been the keys I believe. Wink

aww man, Ralph and then Moebius? rest in peace!

i've been trying to work on understanding environments lately, and realized i have alot of work to do as far as understanding how light works in very broad, simple conditions. I wanna learn how to use atmosphere and broad, bouncing light!
