A bit of sketching around thermal power station in my area. Super low temperature forces me to quicky draw the most important elements of the scene (before fingers freeze Razz)

here are some resent inks and drawings ive done. Its quite tricky to do a scene with lots of characters in ink. It easily gets to cluttered like the first one below here. Good practise though. Maybe I can rescue it with some colours...

really like looking at the last one, Simon ...
love this labyrinth like europaised-rooftop-landscape-view with all those mounts n chimneys built otno n into each other.

also the first one isn't that bad .. but erm .. maybe the two pieces could need more calm n clear lines and more closed shapes .. imhO the Foreground and the shaped objects in BG..

But like you said .. I too think coloring those shapes would help Smile

Life drawing for school, and the first time I used ink to draw.
2 minutes, 3 minutes, for the first two (which is why they're incomplete)
and 20 minutes for the final one:

I think 3-5 minutes is my ideal time for a sketch in ink.
