8x8" >> your brushes seems to be very small

Escoda synthetic rounds... 0,1, and occasionally 2 and 3...

BTW, I just learned about a method for saving splayed syntetic brushes on another forum. Quickly dip the splayed brush in water that is boiling hot. Be careful not to dip the ferrule to avoid melting the glue. See the photo below. It works!


The splayed Escoda synthetic brush and the same splayed brush quickly dipped in water that has been just been turned off from a boil.
