Artists most often depict Jesus looking like a European guy � and many times so I have. But for this piece I wanted a more authentic looking Jesus, or Yeshua. He looks more Jewish (Sephardic) here, even having side locks - it seems that all Jewish men had these back in the day.
I drew this with pencil and blending stump; then scanned it into Corel for touch up and painting. This is only part (a zoom-in) of a larger picture.
