I would like to know your opinion concerning dynamic painting. The Dynamic Paintings can be considered a generative art - an art that has been generated algorithmically by a computer system. I've started to develop this approach several years ago. So, now you can judge result of my efforts.
Take a look at www.sanbase.com

I remember checking those out last time you posted in here. I still really like them. The idea of constantly and randomly changing image is really fascinating. The only bad thing is that once appeared the images will be forever gone, but I guess that's part of the appeal. |

I think it is most attractive side of this approach. It's like a life. As soon as one work is completed, dynamic picture commences to toil on a new one, morphing its latest production into oblivion.
The dynamic painting acts upon the viewer by means of inducing associations, i.e. the viewer interprets the picture's subject on his own. The picture is only an incentive to that. Therefore different people apprehend the same image differently. A perception of a picture depends very much on the emotional condition of the viewer. Since the image changes all the time, the viewer's imagination is much more active than while watching conventional static art. _________________ www.sanbase.com |
