The Insane Lemur: I'd suggest you try using more contrast. Try to do some color studies, your palette is always mute and limited. No offense to your style, just my belief that doing that will make a big improvement on your art.

thankyou for the crit, always appreciated! I'm going to start cranking out more and more studies from life as there is a lot of improvement to be made. Trying to learn natural structure and values, also I think I have trouble with edge quality and identifying shapes-sortof a drawing contrast that causes shapes to stand out or recede.

yuk : ok noted, thanks anyway
skurai: feeling can be diluted by selfish reason friend, it always at best not to underestimate ppl so we would remember always who we are and what we would hope to accomplish, cheers
holy_bricklayer: thankie
Pet: hait
EAD: I Thought that so too, thanks
Paoo: Thanks, nice stuff you have
Hideyoshi: You too man, great perspective like it was guided by 3d model or something o/
everyone:
this all monochromatic done within less than an hour. Playing with volumetric lightings and as always composition. 100 percent scale, The Assassin story... cheers

I watched a very nice documentary about deserts on TV recently and it was extremely inspiring- awesome photography all around!
So, here is one, no ref. Plan to do more!
Not really happy with it, because there is something about the scale that is bugging me... :/ It doesn't scream 'vast' to me. Or it's something else, damn.
Any crits are much appreciated actually!
thanks, howie, yuk, syarul, skurai! |

DjahaL, ax--hv> grrreat!
Hideyoshi> the two rocks on the bottom right are throwing the perspective out a bit, theyre suggesting a reversed vanishing point with the line of that processsion of peeps you've got going on. Loose them or change them and that should help.
