Hey,
I've always wanted to make a whole scene starting with a concept sketch all the way to painted background, modeling, video composite, animation and sound as a HD animated Flash loop. The closest I've come so far is right here I hope I can chronicle my steps here at Sijun. Thanks!

I'm going to try and reproduce this scene... The guy on the cliff will be filmed with a Sony VX-2000 digital cam on a crane at SD res (720 by 480) and will be composited within a 1600 by 680 frame.

I always do a quick vector sketch in CorelDRAW of any main mechanical thing in my shot after the painted concept. I will do a full on draft/illustration in the next few days. Here is the vector sketch. Later!
