Hello there!

I just got a hold of a cheap Dell 24" widescreener, and im totaly in love. Though nice 1980*1080 or bigger photos/paints are hard to come by.

I'm pretty sure there are tons of people here who run huge resolutions and got some nice work they use as desktops, even though just a regular black background is often preferred. Please link any big pictures you think would be fitting

Okay, I have an Apple Cinema Display (1600x1024) and I use John Berkey's pictures as wallpapers.

Never really understood wallpapers myself... Too many windows covering the desktop anyway to be able to actually see the background.

Yeah, but if you don't have any opened, it's nice to look at something that's great than just your usual 50% gray screen.
