Good work everyone, I am amazed at what you all have done within the last day.
Well, I still have plenty of room for improvement...

Viag, great work
P-rik- I meant, have you ever made a tutorial-> I think your use of color is particularily creative and effective and I was curious if you'e ever articulated the thought process? If I had a better grasp of this sort of thinking, I wouldn't ruin good starts like I had below.
Tiger, that's awesome.
Daryl, I think a lot of people wish adobe and corel would merge... It'd be cool if pixologic got swept up in that as well, actually.
Neff, Radium, nice stuff.
I think I need to disable my colordodge feature. It seems like whenever I paint without reference, I goof up the colors and the image flattens out when I start adjusting things in the menus.

Viag, Luc, FallDamage, Notic, Mitsui: Beautiful work, all of you.
Spiroteknik: Hell of a lot better than I do in the first few minutes...
A quickie tonight because I'm a bit pressed for time... well, late now.
Definitely showing the signs of an addiction as well; I do not want to find out what the withdrawal will be like.
Gyah, why must hard straight edges present such a challenge for me? Oh well, practice makes one better, but never perfect.

Thanks, I'm lookin to get better more seriously now, inconvieniently as work is going to seriously ramp up on tuesday. Oh well, I'm sure I'll find some time.
Luc, great matrix-ish painting, you're elaborated forms stand out well
Isric, I really like your brush work on those,
Spyro, I need to do mor of that
Viag, you work with Vyle and Baron right? As people have been saying, your styles are looking similar. Great work.
Notic, mitsui, rain, joe, radium, adm prik, this thread is so active.
A Mullins study, I didn't quite get this to where I wanted it in terms of the details. And it started loosing quality the more I tried. I think I would have need a larger resolution and more time, mainly.

Well, I'm afraid my improvement curve will take a hit on tuesday, when work really gets going, but thanks. No need to steal, btw, the brushes I used for the water in that study where all photoshop standard :p

M@ you are great, got me going today.
VIAG, do you use alot of vector shape brushes and spin them around? Or do you lasso all those shapes individually? Fantastic.
Falldamage the unstoppable! Keep going! Love watching your progression. Luc....just searched through all your posts on Laborganica hehe..I stalk you cos its good to watch progression. EVERYONE good job

Llama, nice, My eyes always travel right to the nose in your pics :p
Lingy, that's awesome, great detail on the boat.
Thanks spec- If I may offer one piece of advice I'm barely incorperating myself, it's to lay off the dodge and burn. I'm in the process of kicking the habit, and it's workin out for me. It can be hard, I know that for sure, but it forces growth. I guess using them in moderation is the best bet; I dunno, keep going!
Zorg, I've been thinkin about doing some studies of more classical subjects myself, god knows I could probably use it.
Mullins study- I'm happier with the results of this one than yesterday's offering. I didn't use enough orangey- red, I think, and should have spent more time cleaning up my block in. Next time, I guess.
