Hi everybody.
This is my new attempt of giving a believable look for anime characters. This time I'm working with Magic Knights of Rayearth (don't know if this name is used in all countries), one of my favorites ever.
I'm loosely inpired by this CLAMP's original art:
I've already blocked my version:
My plan is to add a frame on the background, as seen in original art. For this while I just delimited the shape:
Any critics or comments will be apreciated. |

This is an interesting approach to the anime style. Hmm, not much to say in the way of crits because the proportions looks pretty good, although I'm left wondering if the girl with the black skirt and red hair has a double-jointed right knee because it is bent downward slightly? It looks a bit uncomfortable, though this may be due to the fact that I am not double jointed!
I like the little guys too, do they provide the comic relief? |

Oh, how I do love CLAMP. Really great idea, you're pulling it off quite well. I do hope you make Emeraud much blonder by the time you finish though. :-�
I have to agree that Hikaru's Right leg looks slightly uncomfortable, but just a bit of tweaking should fix that. It's just slightly too exaggerated of a bend.

That is amazing!
I love how you work your colors and I have absolutelly mo crits.. except maybe the proportions on the tiny chibi-like faery-kids.
I know they�re probably just like that but it feels weird....
Top notch piece, nevertheless!
