"supposedly heroic characters who flail around like coked-up fairies, important diplomatic decisions being made by retarded giraffe toads and fourteen-year-old girls, elite troops who fight by slowly marching towards the enemy and firing from the hip into each other's backs"
hahahahahahah, that was great. |

SWEP2 was one of the most horrible movies i've seen. i seriously considered leaving after 45 minutes. because i couldn't care less about what happened, everything felt boring about it.
i loved the old movies and i liked EP1 quite much. but this was just horrible.
...only my oppinion. |

Impaler: I'M not being one of those 'diversive even if it means killing myself because everyone wants to live' people, I'm just really disappointed because I really liked the first 3 they made
Goonie: And how theirs only about 2 languages? And why the gravity is contstantly the same? And how they can hear spaceships coming up behind them and shooting although sound can't travel squat through space? Rolling down a sand dune and being extremely clean is more funny though!

I'll give you one word which should explain it:
Fantasy
If it were a true science fiction movie then the force would be total bull%#"% |

hehheh, as a sci-fi fan, it always pissed me off when people called Star Wars science fiction. They'd always try and argue that it /was/ sci-fi, because, get this, its so futuristic . . .
"A long time ago, in a galaxy far, far away . . . "
Doesn't sound terribly futuristic to me

Yeah your right, star wars is now just a kids movie, hence the PG rating. I liked it but I couldn't really appreciate it in the same way as the old 3 star wars, but times change.
Some of the parts in the story, for example the waitress droid in the cafe, the 3PO scene in the droid factory, Amidalla falling out of the ship that was flying at over 500kph (about 300mph) and the whole sky diving part didn't really cut it,. The battle with the armies was cool cause it was big, and Yoda's duel was good, otherwise the story line sucked. |

I can't help but feel REALLY lucky that I liked it, haha!
I could bitch all day long about the poor dialogue and a zillion other things but I won't, 'cause I'm a happy little camper
