Thanks for all the positive Feedback! Heres another one, rather abstract. Still testing to produce random detail with pure brushwork and masking techniques. Im lookong for those happy accidents to happen on canvas.

speed painting has such a nice feel to it. I wish i was better at speed painting, but here is my contribution.
Refernce i used can be found at corbis, in search type in future person. I messed up the perspective but oh well, finished in about an hour, was shooting for 40 minutes but went over a bit.
Corael painter essentials 2, came with graphire.

M@- the girl reads really well in a silhouette, nice implied detail on the hand and bottom dress, it really looks like lace, well done.
luc-wow painted alot of speedies, made me want to try to paint a robot, i like your steam punk looking city, looks great.
spyroteknik- I really like that image! the heads and other bright areas lead your eye around the image nicely.
Hideyoshi, ish nice one
henrik- crazy image!!!

m@, jfb, dougbot, mitsui, luc, naglfar> damn you guys are amazing.
well, here's a good example of jpeg compression!!
i left it at 12, but it still scrwed up the image so bad. I don't know what happened....
this sparked from reading The Silmarillion by Tolkein
