Smoked oysters and smoked salmon, inbetween two pieces of toast caked with cream cheese and butter. (Shit, I think I just heard one of my arteries groan...)

o k . . . back to normalcy:

A bowl of ragu bolognese and penne pasta with bread and chianti. Next some cannoli with a cup of coffee, then finish it off with a bit of Macallan's 12 year old single malt with a splash of water.

Carne adovada on a fresh, warm flour tortilla with maybe a strip or two of green chile. Follow it up with a quivering bowl of natillas and wash it all down with horchata or maybe an agua fresca.

In fact, give me ANYTHING with green chile. Slap a pile on my corn flakes. They'll still taste better.

hmmm, I like cheese blintzes with berry sauce, which I guess might be similar.

Baked apples on a feta cheese pizza are also good.
