retro,the flowers and the leaves are great.....copied your pic and tried to figure it out in PS...its the background shadow colour....My eye wants to see it warmer....the composition doesnt bother me at all.
I like that second one,even with the same palette,though,seems very Manet.

Think I am getting closer to what I am looking for when
it comes to combining my oil painting tecnique
with digital, but I really shouldn't do anymore digital
cause my oils are suffering because of it.
