...with assault. He was apparently bullying a girl after totally ignoring requests to stop or something like that.
Everyone's acting like bullying is something new. It's not. Giving it attention probably makes more people bullies. The people who want attention start picking on other kids, then they get what they want -- attention.
I've been witness to and victim of bullying (hard to believe if you really know me). I deal with it.
The most severe case of bullying/assault/harassment at my school was reported, and the bully was given another chance. She did something that would land a lot of adults in jail, yet she got a billionth chance. Over the past two years, she's done enough to have been expelled from just about any other school about twenty times over, so now she thinks she can get away with everything. And all she wants is attention. She's the same one who left a scar on my shin. I don't like talking to people, so I never reported it.
I've forgotten just what the point of my rant was. Oh well. |
