This should definitely be in the WIP forum.

Second, there are a lot of anatomical issues. It looks like you vaguely copied down a person figure and then added in details where you "thought" they should be, instead of looking at a reference.

Also, the pose is not very compositionally interesting. The completely sideways view of his head doesn't help either. A background, even a simple one of a wrestling ring or something, would help this piece a lot.
