Another one I'm working on... we'll see if I can finish it (I have trouble with that... I'll be all pumped up about something, start it, work on it up to a point, and stop. It's something I really need to work on.)

I have reference for both figures, but the lighting is different and I've changed skin tones and such.

the shading in her face seems a bit too strong.. makes her face look extremely pointy. I suggest you try smoothening up the shading when going closer to shade turning point.

Her nose looks too upturned. Also, there would be some shading to the left of her hair (I think). And yeah, her cheek does look pretty pointy there. I like the background.
