Hi,
I'm just wondering, when it comes to animation (cel style) of a certain human character, how fast does one draw per frame? Of course there are
certain poses which are easier to draw thus faster than another pose (say a standing front view) but I'm asking an average time. I figure that professionals do it with the color and all (but only a character) for about 20-25 minutes? I just want to get an idea cause basically I do animating sprites as a hobby and one sprite takes me about 30-40 mins. I know that this is very slow so I want to improve my time even better. But I still need an idea on how fast do professionals do it. THANKS A LOT IN ADVANCE!! |

well the professonals concentrate on 1 thing..
1 or more will do the drawing
1 or more will do the inking
and 1 or more will do the colouring..
its not all 1 person doing everything..
the same can be said about 3D
1 or more does the modeling
1 or more does the animating
1 or more does the texturing
1 or more does the particals
and 1 or more does the lighting
thats how i understand it anyway |
