thanks,ceenda! been working very hard lately.....trying to start putting together my (limited) knowledge,atmosphere is very important to me at the moment.

OK, stewart one, sorry I misunderstood you. But I won't be doing any more overpaints, or this is what inevitably happens. It gets worse when the images leave the original context and then the rip off accusations start from third parties. I have also offended people whom I really did not mean to offend. If anyone wants to do overpaints of my stuff, that is fine, I am happy to have any kind of input. I might not agree, but that's OK. If I don't agree it is because of the specifics of the information, not the idea that someone was trying to tell me what to do.

Photoshop got fun again... did a very late and lazy discovery of custom brushes >_> ..finding the subject in the shapes and patterns is soo much easier now.

Ok so i finally sat down again and did something a little more worked through. bout 1 hours work in photoshop. I got a looong way to go... sigh..
spooge- Forget about it. its no big deal Whatevery helps you. or other people learn is good. But yeah im sure missunderstandings often happen easily when you do overpaints. But i mean as long as you dont have eeevil intentions with your overpaints (and i cant imagine you do) then its really not your problem. then again the accusations are never fun i suppose... Aanyways, nice last piece. alittle gigerish i think. I like it.
ballitic- awesome! Love the light. it looks great on her dress!
Rasse- nice to see you back. Cool stuff-
keep it up everyone.

I like the subjects you paint. I like the colors ... do you pick them directly from reference images?
But try to work with the biggest brush possible, always.
The small brushes are perfect for the texture of the close field.
But in the background the brushstrokes are distracting.
I think there is actually an improvement in that image.
It was worse in others.
Sketchy version ... I try to come up with messed up concepts and then fix them.
