Rendering is nice.

The light on his shoulder and on his face implies there's a strong light source somewhere. Your don't have a definded light source in any other part of the image, the ear is lit, so is oart of the clothes. Try identifying the light source and work from there, ie add light and shadow on the hat.

The thing on his hat is a little distracting, maybe tone it down a bit. You're hitting white.
