This thread is incredible... one of the few sites I have to check everyday
Too many great people to mention...
Haven't done anything with my Wacom for a few months, here is something minimalistic

I drew six hours in a row today. Started from scratch without any ideas and just doodled and messed with paint. Every half an hour I took some un-used color and filled the canvas and started again - from scratch. I decided just to keep on doodling and working bravely with colour and contrasts and I found out lots of things. Was fun.
Out of twelve, this was the only one I saved... Not the best one but I guess not the worst one either. Around half an hour.

Woah this place keeps moving so fast, i feel all left behind in the dust.
i wish my days had 36 hours out of which i only needed to sleep 1 ...and that school/work didnt take up so much time either.
birds are really fun to draw for some reason..must be the beaks and the inverted knees. _________________ It's nice to be important, but more important to be nice - Scooter |

glad you like that little program, actually i konw this software from Duarcl before.at frist time i guess "artrage"is kind of painting style.so i search this key word in google, then find this lovely program.
ArtRage's function is limited, can't zoom, can't pick color before, can't paint more big size canvas. but i like the "oil paint"brush, lovely! and i recommend you should try "Palette Knife",really cool! painting in ArtRage is funny .
by the way,my latest paintings is painted in painter and opencanvas, not artrage. _________________ I am the king of the world! hahaha^-^ |

Drunken Monkey: Like that color study, lots of atmosphere
Capt.FlushGarden: The first one is my favorite. Like the angle.
About Artrage: I've read that they're working on an upgrade and that color sampling from the canvas should be in there. Better for the workflow.
Hiipi: Like the style.
Xia: Always nice.
Gen: Cool
Tjendol: I like it too
Frost: Like the translucency

Cap, those are great. Fresh is definitely the word for them.
Had a look at Artrage but it seems it's for PC only |
