About (in case anyone cares): Dekar is a candidate for the Anti-Christ position. He is extremely bipolar in his personality, often fun-loving and ridiculous and other times bitchy, violent and pig-headed. He is not exactly confident in his abilities, but willing to scrap physically if necessary. He thoroughly enjoys food, sex, smokes� pretty much like any normal boy�

Rules:
The piece can be drawn in any medium, but must be submitted digitally to me via link. Line art, black and white, cg, painted etc are all acceptable. Backgrounds are not required, but effort will be taken into consideration by the judges.

I am not a judge; I�ve asked several artists from different backgrounds to judge the contest entries. The classical artist, sculpture, celebrity porn fakir, anime artist, and comic artist will all grade the works based upon their reactions to the images. All names of judges are disclosed. They will be taking into account:

Attention to Detail
Style
Effort
Entertainment Value
Quality
Creativity

It is a fanart contest, but do not feel as though the character has to be drawn only in the clothing which is shown in my images. You may manipulate clothing but please do not manipulate trademark characteristics of the character. (eyebrows, hair colour, etc)

Prizes:
If this contest sounds a little strict to you, it�s because the grand prize is $100 US that I�m putting up out of my own pocket. Due to the fact that it is a substantial amount of money, (especially since I�m in Canada�) I�m not going to make it an especially simple contest, (but I�m not going to make it be ridiculously difficult either� it�s just a lot of money from my own pocket and I�d like to inspire some creativity and great fanart with it!)

First Prize: $100US
Second Prize: $50US
Third Prize: $30US

I realize that the second and (especially) third place prizes aren�t exactly something to be desired but it�s still an extra couple bucks in you pocket for some fanart.

NOTE � The prizes with be mailed out. I will not do PenPal, Money Order or anything like that. The prizes are in US bills and will not be exchanged for the winner�s currency (whatever country they may be from.). If this is a problem for you, please do not enter and whine about it later.

Tinusch: Why? I guess I'm kind of in an art rutt... it's finals time, I'm tired and I'd like to do something different. Inspire some different people and inspire myself I guess. Lots of people think it's wierd, as an artist I know how tight money can be... maybe it's just a charity act in exchange for some fanart. I don't know... it's the contest I always wanted to enter... most contests give away prints or anime figurines etc... I always would have wanted money... I guess that's why... Does that make sense...?


A-w00t~! An update to the site, some of the entries I've had submitted are uploaded under results on the contest page! Some really great stuff turning up, I'm so excited!! Only two weeks left!
